We just got the information from a Twitter user – Adam, that the AT&T MMS Carrier Update is out on iTunes!
Apple has issued a support article explaining the process for activating MMS. You should update to iPhone OS 3.1 if you have not already done so, and then click the “Update Settings” button on the pop-up window notifying them that a new carrier settings file is available.
