Neiman Marcus is distributing its legendary Christmas wish book via the iPad.
Since 1926, this luxury retail chain Neiman Marcus has been sending out their lavish Christmas catalogs to their best customers and obviously people who have more money than sense. Well, the catalogs will surely attracts customers but this Christmas as so many products are launching and maybe they won’t have to think twice before going for the products. Recession can be other spoilsports for the customers.
The Neiman’s 2010 catalog was unveiled this week, and comes with its own iPad app. The app lets customers browse and buy right on your touchscreen. You know you have someone on your Christmas list who’ll be thrilled to get that MetroShip houseboat for $250,000, provided you win the lottery by then.
For now at least the app is free at the App Store. As Christmas nearing, who knows it might not be so, better get the app now.

After the iPad revolutionary by Apple all the tech companies are after the little tablet. I am confused which company is launching what because the common thing is the iPad or the tablet as we call. I have been hearing Apple launching iPad, followed by Sumsung, many are still planning to go for it and many had reached at the verge of releasing it. How do I remember?
Another communication networking company Orange has claimed to launch its sole Andriod tablet before Christmas.
If it is release in the market it would be the cheapest tablet worth of only £200.
Is something going on in the back of your mind? I have something. Well it might be that in this Christmas eve Orange is trying to target the tablet users or people who wants to go for a tablet, tempting them with the low price compare to Apple and Samsung Galaxy tab.
We may never know the inside story and the strategies. Only we can assume and predict.
But for now the cheapest tablet will appear before we all go for jingle bell jingle bell!
