According to the latest report, Toyota has remove the theme from ModMyi site.
Two days back, Apple requested Toyota to pull the theme from the Cydia Store and stop the advertising campaign. Velti then contacted ModMyi.com Monday night to pull the theme and ads. Toyota gave in to Apple’s request in order to “maintain their good relationship with Apple,” as told by Velti representatives to ModMyi.com founder Kyle Matthews.
Mathews state that Apple request to remove the ad is a direct attack on the jailbreak scene.

After the gay community has protested against Apple to remove ‘Gay Cure’ app, now a group of US senator are writing to Apple convincing them to remove iPhone apps that provide DUI ( Driving Under Influence) checkpoint location from the App Store.
